Refund policy
Refunds & Returns
- If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the arrival date for a refund.
- To initiate your return, contact us at support@isadory.com.
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping fee associated with sending your order back to our warehouse in China. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns must be sent to the specific address we provide upon approval of your return request. Do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address.
- Your product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
- You must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
- Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will then be processed, and the full amount will be added to your store credit balance.
When purchasing items as part of a bundle, the discount applies to the entire set. For this reason, partial returns of individual items from a bundle are not permitted. To receive a refund, the complete bundle must be returned in its original condition. This ensures that the pricing benefits tied to the bundle remain consistent and fair for all customers.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Defective Products
- If your product arrives defective or develops a manufacturing defect within 30 days, we'll send you a free replacement. Just email us within that period.
- Pictures or a video must be sent to the Customer Support Team to support your claim.
Wrong Address
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly.
- Please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible if you entered a wrong address. We will do our best to help you, but can't guarantee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- The store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please file a complaint to your respective shipping carrier.

Shipping Fees
- The buyer is responsible for paying any shipping fees related to international orders.
- The store is not responsible for paying customs, duties, taxes and currency exchange fees.
